Construcciones de sentido desde lo vivido. Relaciones entre discursos y prácticas en artistas/docentes universitarios

Abstract

Esta tesis da cuenta de las construcciones, relaciones y tensiones que se hacen presentes en las aulas de la Maestría en Educación Artística en la Universidad Nacional de Colombia, centradas en la experiencia, tanto pedagógica como artística, de un grupo de profesores universitarios en artes, y de mi relación con ellos como colega. En el desarrollo de sus capítulos, se ponen en relación maneras de narrar la experiencia vivida del cuerpo del profesorado, con su formación profesional y con el contexto en el que cada cual la desarrolla (escuela, universidad, ámbito informal), interpelando, a su vez, a quien escribe este texto. El relato investigador se centra en acciones y reflexiones configuradas en medio de la investigación, que visibilizan tensiones por las que transitamos cotidianamente quienes habitamos entre el arte y la educación. Lo anterior señala aspectos relevantes en la discusión sobre la investigación en educación artística en nuestro contexto, para lo cual a partir de los materiales recogidos, se elaboran comprensiones de lo pedagógico, y se identifican tránsitos y tensiones entre la enseñanza de las artes y la educación artística. La fundamentación metodológica parte de la complejidad y el rigor bricoleur. De este modo, apuesto metodológicamente por una investigación narrativa que, para este caso, articula elementos biográficos, etnográficos y visuales como estrategia híbrida para contribuir al campo investigativo de la educación artística.

In this thesis are reflected: constructions, relationships and tensions that are present in the classrooms of the Master of Arts Education at the National University of Colombia, focusing on the experience, both educational and artistic, of a group of university professors of arts and my relationship with them as a colleague. In the development of its chapters, ways to narrate the experience of the professors are put in relation with their professional formation and with the context in which each one develops its profession (school, university, informal sphere), in turn challenging the writer of this text. The research narrative focuses on actions and reflections set in the middle of the research, which make visible the tensions that are deal daily by those of us who live between art and education. This points out relevant issues in the discussion of research in arts education in our context, for which from the materials collected, some understandings of the pedagogic are elaborated and some transits and tensions between the teaching of arts and arts education are identified. The methodological foundation starts from the complexity and bricoleur rigor. In this way, I bet methodologically for a narrative research that -for this case- articulates biographical, ethnographic and visual elements as a hybrid strategy to contribute to the research field of arts education.
