Análisis de la transmisión del conocimiento entre los operarios del distrito industrial: un estudio comparativo entre Brasil y España

Abstract

Este trabajo presenta un estudio sobre la influencia de la transmisión de conocimiento entre los operarios de un distrito industrial, con un estudio comparativo entre España y Brasil. La metodología utilizada ha sido tanto cualitativa, con una entrevista dirigida a los representantes de los trabajadores, como cuantitativa, con una encuesta dirigida a los trabajadores operarios. Las principales conclusiones: en España hay una mayor interacción de las empresas con la universidad y en Brasil ese proceso de formación ocurre más por la actuación del gobierno; en España la mayoría del conocimiento es específico del sector, mientras que en Brasil el conocimiento previo es más fuerte entre los operarios. Las principales contribuciones: mientras la mayoría de estudios se centran en los managers, en esta tesis doctoral el centro del análisis reside en los trabajadores operarios; los resultados de esta tesis doctoral aportan información valiosa sobre las diferencias entre clusters top-down y bottom-up.

This paper presents a study on the influence of the transmission of knowledge among the workers of an industrial district, with a comparative study between Spain and Brazil. The methodology used has been both qualitative, with an interview aimed at the workers' representatives, and quantitative, with a survey aimed at the workers. The main conclusions: in Spain there is a greater interaction of companies with the university and in Brazil that training process occurs more because of the government's actions; in Spain most of the knowledge is specific to the sector, while in Brazil, prior knowledge is stronger among operators. The main contributions: while the majority of studies are focused on managers, in this doctoral thesis the center of analysis lies in the workers; The results of this doctoral thesis provide valuable information on the differences between top-down and bottom-up clusters.
