La cooperació i el treball en equip a l’Educació Física: un viatge biogràfic i narratiu a l’educació secundària

Abstract

La tesi mostra, a través de la narrativa, el procés de cooperació i el desenvolupament de la competència de treball en equip de cinc equips de segon d’ESO a partir de dues unitats didàctiques en les quals s'hibriden dos models pedagògics: el model d’educació esportiva i l’aprenentatge cooperatiu. La investigació parteix de l’actual ensenyament competencial amb la finalitat de transformar l’alumnat en el protagonista del procés d’ensenyament-aprenentatge i desenvolupar unes competències clau per a tota la vida. En la recerca, les veus de l’alumnat i del professor adquireixen un paper fonamental en els processos de cooperació i treball en equip per reflexionar sobre la construcció de coneixement present a l’aula. La perspectiva biogràfica i narrativa de la tesi pretén mostrar la complexitat del procés de cooperació a partir de cinc històries i provocar la reflexió docent per a la millora de les pràctiques educatives.

This thesis demonstrates, through the narrative, the process of cooperation and the development of teamwork competence within five teams of second ESO using two didactic units in which two pedagogical models are hybridized: the sport education model and cooperative learning. This research is based on the current competence learning to make students the protagonists of the teaching-learning process and to develop key life competences. In this research, the voices of the students and the teacher acquire a fundamental role in cooperation and teamwork processes to reflect on the construction of knowledge present in the classroom. The biographical-narrative perspective of this thesis aims to show the complexity of the cooperation process through five stories and to encourage teaching reflection in order to improve educational practices.
