La sostenibilidad del sistema sanitario en la España descentralizada de las autonomías

Abstract

Investigación basada en tres trabajos empíricos. En el primero se realiza encuesta y entrevista a una muestra de gestores sanitarios de nivel técnico y político sobre el futuro de la sostenibilidad de los sistemas sanitarios. En el segundo trabajo se analizan trece planes de salud, para determinar su orientación a criterios de desarrollo sostenible, mediante análisis de sensibilidad en los contenidos. El tercer trabajo propone un modelo de plan de salud, basado en materias y asuntos incluidos en la guía ISO 26000 y sus correspondientes indicadores GRI.

Research based on three empirical works. In the first one, the interview and interview survey is carried out on a sample of the health systems of the technical and political level on the future of the sustainability of health systems. In the second work, health plans are analyzed to determine their orientation to criteria of sustainable development, through content sensitivity analysis. The third work proposes a health plan model, based on materials and documents included in the ISO 26000 guide and its corresponding GRI indicators.
