Joves, art urbà i educació comunitària. Recerca-acció i etnografia visual al districte Collblanc - La Torrassa (L'Hospitalet de Llobregat)

Abstract

En aquesta investigació analitzo processos d’educació comunitària a través del graffiti i l’art urbà amb joves. La recerca parteix de la hipòtesi general que el desenvolupament de processos basats en l’educació comunitària a través del graffiti i l’art urbà amb joves permet assolir un conjunt de contribucions positives. D’acord amb la noció d’art comunitari, més concretament amb la de muralisme comunitari, en aquesta recerca aprofundeixo en característiques específiques d’aquests tipus de processos d’educació comunitària, particularment en: l’apoderament, el treball en xarxa i la identificació col·lectiva. El dispositiu metodològic emprat en la recerca educativa es compon de dos mètodes: la recerca-acció i l’etnografia visual. En síntesi, les evidències recollides destaquen per tenir un component participatiu i visual. Les evidències que analitzo al llarg de la tesi fan referència a un conjunt de processos promoguts al districte Collblanc – La Torrassa de L’Hospitalet de Llobregat, entre 2015 i 2016. Les contribucions d’aquesta tesi mostren que els processos d’educació comunitària a través del graffiti i l’art urbà ofereixen la possibilitat d’afavorir la identificació dels amb agents amb les comunitats, teixir relacions i vincles i promoure l’expressió visual i plàstica en les comunitats.

In this research I analyse community education processes through graffiti and street art with young people. The research is based on the general hypothesis that the development of processes based on community education through graffiti and street with young people enables the capacity to achieve a series of positive contributions. In accordance with the notion of community art and community muralism, I focus on specific characteristics of these community education processes, in particular: empowerment, network of agents and collective identification. The methodological device used in this educational research consists in two methods: action-research and visual ethnography. In summary, much of the evidence gathered are characterized by being participative and visual. The evidence gathered during the thesis concerns to a set of processes promoted in the district of Collblanc - La Torrassa (L'Hospitalet de Llobregat), between 2015 and 2016. The contributions of this thesis show that community education processes through graffiti and street art offer the possibility of strengthening identities of agents towards communities, forging relationships and bonds and promoting visual and artistic expression within communities.
