RÉGIMEN JURÍDICO DE LOS CRIPTOACTIVOS

Abstract

La tesi doctoral no pretén assolir omnicomprensivament totes les incògnites que es poden plantejar respecte del règim jurídic dels criptoactius. Té per objecte, per contra, analitzar els diferents supòsits i poder classificar-los, ja que només així és possible no solament entendre el debat, sinó poder trobar la resposta: conèixer la naturalesa jurídica i la normativa aplicable a cada criptoactiu del mercat.

La tesis doctoral no pretende alcanzar omnicomprensivamente todas las incógnitas que se pueden plantear respecto del régimen jurídico de los criptoactivos. Tiene por objeto, por el contrario, analizar los distintos supuestos y poder clasificarlos, pues sólo así es posible no solamente entender el debate, sino poder encontrar la respuesta: conocer la naturaleza jurídica y la normativa aplicable a cada criptoactivo del mercado.

The doctoral thesis does not intend to reach all the unknowns that may arise regarding the legal regime of cryptoassets. On the contrary, its purpose is to analyse the different cases and to be able to classify them, because only in this way is it possible not only to understand the debate, but also to be able to find the answer: to know the legal nature and the regulations applicable to each cryptoasset on the market.
